By creating an account or using FreshPath ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
FreshPath is a nutrition intelligence and meal planning web application that provides:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
Free Plan includes product search, nutrition facts, one saved meal plan per week, and cost per meal calculator.
Pro Plan is available at $7/month or $70/year and includes unlimited meal plans, AI meal planning, goal-based macro targets, saved recipes, and macro history. Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@freshpathapp.com. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
FreshPath uses the Kroger Developer API to display product and pricing information. FreshPath is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with The Kroger Co.
Product prices and availability shown in FreshPath are provided by the Kroger API and may not reflect real-time store conditions. Prices at Harris Teeter locations may differ from other Kroger family banners. Always verify pricing at checkout.
Nutrition information provided by FreshPath is sourced from the Kroger API, USDA FoodData Central, and the FatSecret Platform API. While we strive for accuracy, nutritional values may vary by product lot, preparation method, and regional formulation.
FreshPath does not provide medical, dietary, or clinical nutrition advice. The information provided is for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our founder is currently pursuing ISSA Nutrition Coach certification. Content on FreshPath reflects general nutrition principles and should not be treated as personalized medical guidance.

The FreshPath name, logo, and all content created by FreshPath (excluding third-party data from Kroger, USDA, FatSecret, and Amazon) is owned by FreshPath and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute FreshPath content without written permission.
FreshPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on nutritional information or pricing data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@freshpathapp.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of FreshPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
