Account information. When you register, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth or magic link. We do not store passwords.
Usage data. We track in-app actions such as product searches, meal plans built, and features used to improve the product and personalize your experience.
Goal and nutrition data. If you set a nutrition goal or TDEE, we store that to power your personalized macro targets.
Payment data. Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
We use your information to provide and improve FreshPath, personalize your nutrition and meal planning experience, send transactional emails (account confirmations, magic links), and analyze usage to fix bugs and add features.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

FreshPath participates in the Amazon Associates affiliate program. When you click links to Amazon products in our Meal Prep Gear section and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support the development of FreshPath.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@freshpathapp.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
FreshPath uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Supabase authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your session.
FreshPath is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Supabase row-level security policies, and service key authentication for admin operations. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of FreshPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
